ALIARSE, together with strategic partners and expert staff, has encouraged, supported, and managed numerous private-public types of initiatives. These efforts meet a double purpose: to contribute to the country’s development in strategic areas, and to generate knowledge and promote good practices for the design and management of PPPDs.
Described below are the goals, partners, funding sources, targets, and results of these partnerships:
Integrating incentives to the Country Program for Carbon Neutrality to increase its ambitions, participation, and impacts within the public and private business sectors to enhance climate action in Costa Rica.

To improve SMEs’ competitivity by strengthening their capacity for digital transformation to respond to new market opportunities.
